Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, I can honor a refund provided the following:

  • Your order is not custom made just for you
  • The item(s) ordered had not been worn
  • The return was initiated within 1 day of delivery

 

In the event there is a problem with your order, I’m always here to help with a resolution.

Once your package leaves my studio, I cannot be held responsible for it while it is in travel (damage, lost. etc.)

Since I ship First Class USPS, packages are not insured. I can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS for inquiries.   HOWEVER, please not that all orders over $100 are sent USPS Priority and insurance is included.

Important – for all accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
